The unique art of acrylic pouring

Liquid Planets are unique paintings created with fluid acrylic paint and a pouring medium. They are the result of years of experimentation and finetuning of the paint mixture and the pouring technique by the artist Nina Vauhkonen.

Each painting is a one-of-a-kind masterpiece that captures the beauty and unpredictability of nature.

from original to print

Professionally reproduced

To bring you a faithful reproduction of the original painting for the print, we start off by professionally photographing the artwork with a high-resolution camera in a color-balanced studio environment.

After capturing the artwork in an ultra-detailed digital file, we work together with the artist to make sure the file reproduces all the distinct colors and nuances of the original, unique acrylic pour painting.

true to the original

Museum-quality prints

We print the high-resolution photograph of the original artwork on finest museum-grade paper from Canson. Their Baryta Photographique paper has exceptional contrast and detail as well as a wide colour gamut, leading to unique vibrancy and intensity in the print. The surface of the paper has a subtle structure and a fine satin finish.

We use a professional Canon ink jet printer that utilizes pigment inks, which are known for their durability and resistance to fading. Thus, you will get a gorgeous print that is true to the original artwork and will last for a long time.

Featured fine-art prints

Prints are professionally printed in Finland, signed by the artist and shipped world-wide via UPS.
